Referee / Match Moderator
Oversee league matches, enforce rules, and handle disputes to ensure fair and consistent competition. This role helps maintain the integrity and structure of every game played.
Community Moderator
Help manage the WG socials by engaging with members, answering questions, and keeping the environment active and welcoming. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining the community experience.

Observer (In-Game Spectator)
Control the in-game camera during matches to ensure the best viewing experience for audiences. You’ll be responsible for capturing key moments and maintaining smooth, engaging visuals throughout the broadcast.
Manage the live broadcast using streaming software, including overlays, transitions, and audio. This role is critical to delivering a clean, professional production.

Our current focus is building through volunteers, interns, and contractors, creating opportunities for people to gain experience and grow with us from the ground up. Many of our future full-time positions will come from within, giving early contributors a pathway to take on larger roles as the organization expands.
